The holder of a gift voucher has one year of validity to redeem it by calling or by mail, being able to choose the date, provided it is available or complies with the conditions of service and time established in each of the chosen formats.
We will contact you on working days, after receiving the request to the email address you have provided, to manage it, request your data and credit card number.
The gift voucher can be done physically and you can pick it up at the same restaurant or we can send it to you in .pdf format via email from our email, [email protected], both methods in a maximum of 72 hours after receiving your request and the data to process it.
